Selective Demolition
Our experienced crews are able to arrive on the job with the know-how and experience to tackle the tightest and toughest of projects. From store spaces to office spaces to an entire “gutting” of a building, LCS prides itself on being able to accomplish the job quickly and safely, leaving the site cleaner than when we arrived and prepped for renovation or remodel.
Work with our project managers and estimators before, during, and after the job to establish a Construction and Demolition Waste Action Plan (CADWAP). The plan will let you know how much of the debris handled by our crews was recycled, and will provide you with proper documentation for any LEED requirements the project may specify or simply for your own personal use.

Trained operators and experienced project managers will work with you to create a clear, accurate, and concise waste action plan (CADWAP) to meet LEED requirements on the job, or for your own personal benefit. After the structure has been removed and properly disposed of, look to our earthwork division to prepare the site for future development.
